Fix Blog After Transfer from Wordpress to New Host

Project Description:

We recently moved our blog off of the WordPress server and it is now hosted by Blue Host. During the transition, we lost our Categories widget as well as our Blogroll. We suspect this occurred when they were being uploaded to the new server (the categories and tags were somehow uploaded 9 times). Now the Categories and Tags are nowhere to be found on the new server, yet we still are experiencing script errors during writing and management of our site. We are currently using WordPress Theme Generator and operating with WordPress Version 2.6.2.
