I need to make two sites that will be almost identical. The sites are for [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] These are two major cities in Colombia. The sites will be for colombian citizens who are looking for dates. They will need to be able to chat. I will need to be able to sell advertising on the sites and put in links to my other websites. It will need to be flashy and talk about interests of people dating and local sites. It will need to be cool. Colombians are very picky and beauty oriented. If you bid high I will not respond. I buy websites all the time and I know what I can get quality work done for. If you are inexperienced in dating site design please do not practice with these sites.
