URGENT has to be ready and probed on april 30.
Need urgently the development (even third part develpoment admited) for a perfect match meeting application.
This is how it works:
Administrator can create "events" in which people can see who is interested on having meeting with other people.
In the administrator section, event logo and some screen options can be customize.
Participant registration and information:
People register with his/her mail and a password.
**Time on the company:
**Project category which they are interest to match with others to speak during the event.
**Secondary Project category (in case no one choose a match on the first category).
**Open field for personal text related to the project.
When administrator create the event, he can be able to establish
Duration of the meeting intervals 15min /30 min / 45min / 1hr
This activity might have more than one block of meeting, for example (from 9:00 to 12:00) --- then (16:00 to 19:00)
Then, after people complete his/her registration, he/she should be able to search and select people with the same interest.
Registrant can come back after que upload his information (once their is enough people to match with).
When selecting people on that category, the agenda of the other persons appear and show occupied/free intervals
By pressing request button, the other person will received a meeting request and the interval will remain on a stand by status.
When each person login on his/her profile, he/she can see all requests and by accepting the request, the time marked as occupied will become as "occupied" time on the agenda.
If instead of accepting, he/she decline the invitation the space will appear free.
Each person can go and accept/decline and make invitations at any time until the limit day is reached (if a limited day has beeb specified by the administrator, other wise it will be open).
Other person will received a message with the confirmation/decline status plus a note that the invited person might write when he/she - accept/decline.
People can change/delete his/her dates until the close date (specified by the administrator), has reached. After that, only messages can be registrated on each date.
Each person can be able to print his/her agenda.
It is very important that to make appointments the one that request can see the photo and uploaded information of the one that is been invited and preferently can see in a list all persons on the category and their agendas so they can be able to compare.
Also his/her agenda should be always on the main top screen.
Administrator screen can be able to see anyone schedules in an specific range of day and time.
Administrator can be able to specify the "place" to develop de meeting and that information must appear in the screen of both participants.
