Project Description:
I'm looking for someone to design a simple css template (no content - just design)
Must be:
1. CSS/html (no tables)
2. Red and blue colours
3. Have some curved elements incorporated into the design
4. Be image light
5. Make effective use of white-space
6. Be professional and striking in appearance.
Please provide examples from your portfolio that are css table-less only (I will not look at generic bids or bids that include irrelevant sites)
Happy to negotiate price + % bonus for great work.
