Project Description:
Basically I need someone to fix my CSS and layout on 1 page. It probably would take a css/html expert no more than 2 or 3 hours, but I warn you it is difficult!
I have been building a site: http://i-opener.co.uk
but there are some problems with the layout on this front page. I need someone to fix the layout so that 1) the css works as it should do and 2) it looks the same in firefox and internet explorer. (Currently only looks right in IE; for some reason widths are displayed differently in Firefox).

About the CSS problem:
There is a floating div on the front page that is transparent but shouldn't be (on the area which says quarterly tips newsletter).
The drop shadow feature uses this css technique:

I think my use of this technique is somehow preventing the expanding div layer from working properly.
