Web Page Sub Contractor for Repeat Work

Project Description:
I have a software company in North America and Europe. I am looking to extend a web page design company and hosting service to the firm but when it comes to art and design I STINK. I am the most hopeless person on the planet.

While I may be inept at art & design, I am a software engineer who can easily duplicate and program any web site by myself. I have been programming since 1977 and have written many programs published in software journals. I write in HTML, JavaScript, perl, etc...

I am looking for one creative individual anywhere on planet Earth who I can sub contract all my page design to. I can do all the back end stuff, but you will make yourself more attractive if you are willing to add extra assistance. I am not looking for a forever commitment, but I do only wish to speak to people who are looking for a repeatitive work load, are self-starters, reasonably quick and finishers. You can submit a page at a time for payment, you don't have to wait for the project to end. Payment will be via PayPal. I may request only the homepage is done as I will then use that as a template for the remaining site.

I do not want template sites. I can do that myself. I don't mind templates as a base, but the work must be original and to the spec of the client.

I would like to be shown an example(s) of your work. If you have never worked for anyone, I will happily look at examples of what you could do. I have also installed a =>ROUGHROUGH<= mindless notes I was jotting down while the kids were in the park yesterday at www.ukcs.net. I would like your ideas to make it right. I am so worried about the design part I can't lay the ideas down correctly to fit in them.

You are bidding on the template for www.ukcs.net home page. I do not like flash, shockwave, or sound effects at this writing.

I would like a per page price quote for this site and future work on the understanding I am looking only at the layout. It is difficult because of variance in complexity, but I expect any repeat work to be in the ball park. A page to me is a 640x480 page that fits in a browser and up to two inches below it, you may charge higher for more work.

PS Many web designers today use images to circumvent hyperlinks. This is a good thing, but I am of the opinion that many people are still on 56K data transfer systems which take AGES to load. Extra points will go to people who manage to combine art creatively with speed, in other words, like a <1K image tiled on the background which makes the site stand out.
