Project Description:

A full scale job search site that has rating capabilites, the rating capability will rate both jobseeker by the employer and the jobseeker will rate the employer. We are behind on this project since the previous Indian developer waisted my time and money, he did not treat my project like a realy project. I am only wanting bidders who are professional, who have high ratings, and WILL GIVE ME A DAILY STATUS OF THE PROJECT AS THEY DEVELOP!

OS=LINUX
DB=MYSQL
LANGUAGE= PHP, HTML, FLASH

It is required that you code with security in mind, please and and ADMIN PANEL IS required for all websites.

I have one other website that I need to re-develop since again the previous developer provided sloppy coding, and just bad work. I only want a professional with high ratings.

You show me good work and I will keep you busy with different website demands..

MY STRICKT REQUIREMNTS:

1. DAILY STATUS about the web project, ON A DAILY BASIS.

3. GOOD CODING PRACTICES THAT WILL NOT IMPEDE DB AND SERVER PERFORMANCE!!
4. REPEAT NUMBER 1.

Please know that I have had bad luck outsourcing to Indian companies/developers. So please prove me wrong and let me know that you can get the job done..

    I can work with the budget to meet your end. But I will not go too high. Please note that since I was cheated twice already by two Indian development companies, I am limited with my budget.

    My goal is to build a solid long term realtionship with an Indian company since I have multiple web projects coing down the pipe line. I need a developer who can run my projects with the utmost professionalism. I want to build a long term relationship.
