Project Description:
We are looking for a loyalty card system to be developed. We would like a system where as businesses who join have to purchase 'points' from ourselves which then they give out to there customers via a loyalty card.
As the points come back in 'customer spends' them these points are then free for the business to re-use them.
The platform would be a 'tablet' with a magnetic stripe card reader attached via usb.
The back office website/platform would need to isolate each business and allow them to pick how many points they wish to give out to customers with the ability to change, etc.
Customers would need to be able to see their points available, spent, etc.
The system would need to work in 'real' time as to avoid customers re-using points already spent.
The website would need to have access for businesses to access their account and the same for each customer.
The 'tablet' that each participating store will have will be 'locked' to our system. Ideally we would like it so when the loyalty scheme is not in use for all 'tablets' to show adverts/visual promotions.
I have tried to explain what we want in the shortest possible way, i am sure we have missed details but it should give a basic idea of what we are looking for.
