I am looking for a freelancer to complete a website content management system project that is practically finished.

The current content and functionality of the existing content management system can be reviewed at www3.libertybellagency.com - (Be sure to look at the www3 site, not the www site.)

Original CMS code (including the admin site code) will be provided to the sucessful bidder.


SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
The successful bidder will be responsible to -

1. Refactor existing code as appropriate to be more efficient or to add new functionality.

2. Add to existing documentation within code to elaborate upon the functionality of each subroutine, function, object or class, etc. so that the code is more easily understood for future improvements or maintenence.

3. Create preliminary content for an additional 25 pages within the content management system.

4. Modify code as needed to correct approximately 50 minor bugs or functionality changes identified in existing code. (List of bugs/modifications will be provided to successful bidder.) Examples include simple text typo's, sort order, ability to embed video from online sources, etc.

5. Suggest new or additional functionality to be added to the website / content management system to make the user experience better.

6. Freelancer will provide test environment before delivery of code for production server use.



Payment will be made in milestones as follows:
1. 35% paid AFTER completed code is deployed in Freelancers test environment, and preliminary evalution of code and functionality is completed within test environment.

2. No additional payments to be made while additional code is developed for bugs, fixes, etc, and deployed/tested in Freelancers test environment.

3. 45% paid after delivery, acceptance and deployment of final code on production webserver. Freelancer will assist IT team with deployment of code as necessary.

4. 25% paid after 30 days of deployment on production webserver, provided that no bugs or incomplete functionalies are identified within 30 day period, otherwise payment to be withheld until code is corrected, delivered and fully tested.
