Project Description:
I would like to have 5 templates designed and html css code provided. All of templates contains input elements in forms. One of it should contain a table with header and images for sorting and pagination.
Also all of them should contain a menu with 4-5 links.
There is not much information to be put there as they will be used into an application and I need to have creative design in order to look good. Header can be images from accounting area or math /calculations.
A document with all the necessary data will be provided.
