Hello everyone,
Our company would like to have our website up and managed by a reputable third-party that is trustworthy, efficient and client-focused.
I have designed our website on Powerpoint. It is relatively simple with minimal updating required.
The features of the website includes:
1) ability to login on our homepage to access our email (set tasks, calendars, etc.)
2) 1 homepage picture that is relatively unique (we would require that you help us find that photo)
3) 2 photos of managements
We are using 1and1.com for our email and website hosting but found it cumbersome, slow and of bad service.
As such, we are not pleased to be throwing our monthly fees down the drain.
Our current website manager is neither effective nor efficient in managing our needs.
You will have to advise us on the transition from 1and1.com as well as from our website manager.
The project therefore entails your:
1) putting up our website.
2) integrating our email into our website
3) transitioning the website from 1and1.com to your management
4) managing our website on a contractual basis.
We expect to pay a fixed priced for Services #1 - #3.
For Service #4, we expect to enter a service agreement with you based on monthly fees.
Based on success, we expect to offer the service provider other portfolio companies that require similar services.
