" We now have a modified free theme. We have realized the advantages and limitations to our current theme , a modification , it seems of the i3theme. We require a designer who is proficient in wordpress theme design to develop a custom theme to suit our current blog layout and intended CMS layout. A premium can be paid for a quicker turnaround. You will not have to do heavy custom php coding for modules or widgets etc this can be done inhouse. We are keen to attract an all rounder , a barrier to this project would be not having a strong design flair combined with a strong technical skill. We see this project as specialized.
