Quick Excel VBA - Combine Multiple spreadsheets into single worksheet

This will be very easy for an Excel/VBA expert. I would like a VBA Macro to be able to combine all the worksheets in a single directory into a single file. 1) in some cases the combined file will exceed the Excel Rows limit (we are still using Excel 2003) so I need the option to save the file as an excel spreadsheet, a .csv file or an Access/MySQL database file (if this is too complicated, just a .CSV file option would be fine). 2) I need to be able to copy the header row or rows only from the first file, and not for the others. The easiest way would be for me to be able to enter the number of header rows in each file, and not have those rows copied except for the first file. 3) Alternatively, if there are multiple header rows, I would like the option not to include the header rows at all (even for the first file) (I will enter them manually later). 4)also need to define how many rows from the bottom not to import, sometimes the last few rows are extraneous descriptors as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
