Joomla problem - Refresh/white issue when any link is clicked in IE

I built a Joomla! based site - which you can see here: [login to view URL] . When any of the links are clicked on, using any version of IE ( Internet Explorer ), the screen flashes white for a moment, and then shows the page. This does not happen in firefox. I need to either replace the white flash with black, or prevent the site from flashing to white for a moment. This site is using a theme from [login to view URL] - although their staff is not responding to forum help requests. Being a web development company - I have more jobs for the right candidate who can help with this! We are always looking for Joomla experts to help! Looking to have this completed ASAP - let me know!
