Cpanel WHM Account Migration

I have two reseller accounts both with WHM/Cpanel - I wish to migrate all the domains and accounts and settings on them both to a new Cloud VPS server. I don't have time and need someone experience in dealing with Apache, WHM, Cpanel, Linux and especially DNS issues to migrate an move all these accounts seamlessly and quickly. In total there would be between 30 and 40 websites to move on 2 reseller accounts - all of them to be setup in 1 new cloud VPS server. All of the DNS must be configured right so that all web and email services continue as before - I would like for it to be seamless where they don't notice any change and their email continues to work as before. I will need nameservers working inside the new cloud account. Please only apply if you have experience with DNS and Account Migration - this is not something that can go wrong or I will lose customers.
