Puzzle desktop

Hello, We need a simple but robust piece of software to form part of a puzzle solving challenge. Program configuration should be controlled by a text file. To include: Background image path and file name User Name Password Number of files on desktop - 1 to 6 File (1 to 6) Type - Picture or video (Max image size 800 x 600) File (1 to 6) Path and filename File (1 to 6) Title on screen File (1 to 6) File password Video icon path and file name (100 x 100) Picture icon path and file name (100 x 100) Close program password When running the program should cover the enter windows desktop, including the task bar and display the background image (1024x768). On starting the screen should display a login box. The user name will be already entered. If an incorrect password is entered the password box should clear, ready for the next attempt. When the correct password is entered the login box should disappear and icons for the number of files in the text file will appear with the screen title. When an icon is clicked a password box will appear. If an incorrect password is entered the box should clear. The login box needs to be closable in the event that the password is unknown. If the correct password is entered the file will open with options to close or play if a video and close or print if an image (Print to default printer without options or additional windows if possible). There should be a small button on the desktop labelled "Log out". If pressed a box should appear requesting a password. The box should be closable in the event that the password is not known. When logged out the login box should reappear with the username already entered, ready for the next user. Both the video and photo files should open over the game desktop. There must be no way of closing, resizing or altering the game desktop. Thanks, Neil
