windows + keylogger + packet sniffer / parser

Hi, i'm a web programmer and many times i lost my code in my pc for hardware problems. so i need a very simple software with 2 main functions: * keylogger for personal backup that logs what i type and stores it in a txt file? * http sniffer, that intercepts msn and facebook chats and logs them and every 6 hours it sends the file via HTTP post. this software is not spyware so there is no need to hide it. i'd prefere stand alone languages... so no .net no java requirements thanks please tell me:? ? - in which language you willd develop it ? - for what OS this will be compatible thanks simon
