Project Description:
Desk top Calendar Application Similar to Desktop icalendar.
User to install calendar, the calendar automatically syncs to Google account.
Any event added via Google calendar, will sync and make the date a different color.
User cannot edit calendar or events on the calendar.
User can left click (once) on a date on the calendar and an events list for that day will pop up showing user what events are on that day in list format. They can then click on the event on the list and open a larger description of the event.
Events will automatically show in time order.
It will also allow the user to set an alarm for any event and for a pop up to appear at the bottom of screen.
User can hover their mouse on a date and a description can be seen like with Desktop icalendar.
So what we are looking for is a calendar that a user can install on their desktop/laptop/tablet and they do not have to sync as its automatically done.
The user cannot add an event or edit any event other than making a pop up for their own PC only. Any one wishing to place an event can only do this via the synced calendar on a Google account used by the admin only.
