Need some help automating a specific task in Quickbooks Pro, Win7x64. I currently use the Paypal payment wizard to email invoices to customers. I would like to take the application one step further. When I have the invoice open I would like to the application to start the Paypal payment wizard, enter the invoice and fill in all required fields to have that invoice emailed to the customer. Finally after the email is sent I need to record the date and invoice number in the customer "notes" section of QB. Just confirmation text like "01/01/2014: Emailed invoice ######".
