Please see the attached file. Is it possible to write an Editor for this so that data can be changed in this file and then saved so that the file is used again?
To my knowledge this file should include team names from a game. In case you can get this done, please give me one or two team names so I can see that you are able to open the file.
The program needs to be a standalone program which can edit and save the information contained in this file.
