Project Description:
Ok, this is a repost of a project I posted before, a guy took it but he just messed up the server and the work was never done. I will be clear as possible, this is what is required:
1) Secure PPTP PPTP or IPSEC VPN
2) Easy way to manage add/ remove users.
3) Ability to set users to use dynamic from a ip pool or a static dedicated ip.
4) Encryption
So basically i setup a VPN server users will connect with a user/pass so they are able to use their internet connection without having to worry about his real exposing his real ip. I think is pretty clear what is required.
Only experienced providers, I don't want newbies trying you need to proof in one way or another your experience with that. So you need to PM with your proposal.

OS?
Windows Server 2003. It can be changed to 2008 enterprise if required or to 2003 enterprise as well. (The server uses Plesk)

Let me see your proposal first, bids without a detailed proposal via PM will be ignored, I do not want green/newbies messing with my server.
Remote Desktop Access?
Yes, but I will be using remote control to make sure you don't mess it up.
When I need to be started?
As soon as I see you are qualified and I choose you for this project.
You are required to be in touch via Instant Messenger during the installation and configuration.
I know this is something that can get done fast with no issue for somebody with experience. Right now I only require it on a Windows Server but I will require Linux Server later.
