Project Description:
I require set up of a VOIP application (like Asterisk or SJPhone) including installation of any hardware required. There are 2 telephone numbers currently in a different geographical location that need to be redirected to our home office. Probably permanently as we are no longer using that office location and cant say we will be using it any time soon. Both telephone numbers are currently directed to my mobile telephone number as a temporary measure. Those two numbers are fixed land lines with OPTUS. One is a fax number and the other is a general enquiries number.
Incoming calls to the fax are to be received either by our physical fax machine or on my computer. Incoming calls are to be received by my handset (I have a Linksys SPA962 and a WRP400 Router. Other hardware can be purchased if necessary to complete this project)
Some of the things on the wish list are;
1) Incoming calls to execute pop up records in Goldmine (6.0 version)
2) Incoming calls require user to make a selection from a menu (e.g 1 for sales, 2 for support etc.)
3) The creation of additional telephone numbers for use in specific areas of the business.

We are located in Melbourne & prefer if the worker could Physically attend the home office for any cabling or other things that may require a physical attendance. Alternatively, if it is a simple process, we are happy to hire a technician to do this or to be guided online by the worker. We realise that that one person may not be able to complete the project in its entirity as it requires expertise in different disciplines, but it would be great if we can deal with one person that can set out a plan so that we can get experts in at the points where it is required and then move on the the next step.

## Deliverables

We would like to know what parts of the projects each applicant can execute so that we have a full understanding of where the "gaps" are. We are not necessarily going to choose the applicant with the least gaps in the plan as the successful bidder will be chosen based on the gaps that are easiest for us to fill. We are familiar with the linksys handset and the router. We are also familiar with Goldmine although some refreshing of knowledge would be neccessary.


It would be appreciated that any gaps in the project quote give a brief description of what the bidder knows/thinks might be required. Also, if the bidder has a project gap that he/she cant complete because of some other issue ( for example, they need to set up and plug in equiptment), then the bidder must be willing to either give detailed instruction if it is required or tell us what expertise we need to complete this step.
Finally, we will be relying on the bidders knowledge in the industry to recommend a ISP with the most fitting and cost effective solution for the final product.
