A great opportunity to grow your earnings with an ongoing projects to out-source our 2nd and 3rd line support function.
We’re a very successful IT Service Company based in the UK with over 100 customers and looking after over 80 Servers and 1000 computers. We want to outsource our 2nd and 3rd line support so that we can grow and become more responsive to our customer’s needs. We will always be the interface between you and the end customer, and you will be expected to be very responsive, very effective delivering on very tight SLA’s.
You will need to be able to install and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper V, Microsoft Small Business Server 2003, 2011, Shadow Protect, Symantec Backup Exec, Google Apps for Business and Microsoft 365 and demonstrate that you will be able to get an understanding of Sage Line 50, Sage Line 200, Draytek routers and Netgear switches.
The role will be a self-sufficient role and you will be passed jobs to troubleshoot and resolve via our CRM system, proactive monitoring tools and manual checks. You will be using a mix of RDP, Log me in Rescue and Google Talk to resolve the issues.
The rewards will start at £5 per hour, rising to £7 after a successful 3 months, £9 after a successful 6 months, however there will be maximum weekly budgets to adhere to but their will bonus payments and additional work as and when specific projects dictate it.
In the first year we have budgeted £30,000 rising to £100,000 after 3 years to spend on this and ensure this is a successful project.
