We need a library with similar functionality to FRAPS (the ability to record game sessions to a video file with minimal impact on game frame rates). The library should be callable form our C# application and allow toggling recording on/off. While recording is on, the video is recorded to a fixed size circular file and a snapshot video of the last X seconds can be retrieved at any time.
This library needs to support win32/win64 and support recording games implemented using OpenGL, DirectX 9, DirectX 10, and DirectX 11.
As a first milestone, we'd like to test this recording the League of Legends game (see www.leagueoflegends.com) on Win64.
We'd like to approve any third-party libraries used as well.
