Project Description:
I require a sleek program to work on all modern Windows OS's, if you can do Mac or toolbars get in touch too.. that's a huge bonus.
What the program needs to do?
Load when computer starts up.
Load a URL from my website, if it can't be reached load an internal html file "You need to be connected to the internet "
So in essence, a window with a 100% html iframe of my website.
User should be able to download as follows (if possible) mywebsite.com/download.exe?id=254 then the id should be accessable from the html of my webpage when the program is running via JavaScript.
Should be easy enough for updates etc too.. and you need to be available for bug tracking for the foreseeable future.
