We have in place a WiFi network comprised of 35+ WiFi nodes of Mikrotik RB532, RB411, RB133 access points with R52 802.11b/g and a central CISCO Call Manager 4.3 that handles wireless VoIP CISCO phones 7921G. We currently experience difficulties with call setup and call termination. The WiFi phones behave abnormaly ignoring the call termination button and it takes anytime from few seconds to few minutes to terminate the call. Although the voice quality when the calls occur is excellent all over the wireless network, we are not sucessful in terminating the calls. We need a network engineer expert who has seen this VERY particular scenario and has a solution for us. Access to the system can be granted over the Net. For more info you can reach the netowrk engineer who works on the project Dionissi Pollatos at or via phone +30-213-0003110 or cell +30-6948-284474. IP Telecom www.iptelecom.gr |
