Project Description:
for restaurant use I would like to develop a smart phone application that will have the ability to tie into Open Table which is a restaurant table maintenance and reservation management system. The application would give the restaurant the ability to update table statuses (dessert, bussed table, ready to re-seat, etc...). The application would need to link into the restaurants open table user plat form to update tables. IE- I would type table #31 and click the "bus" key which would update it on the actual open table terminal in the restaurant. The intent would be to optimize table updates and gain revenue. A similar device is shown on the attached website...I am unsure as to how we would be able to link with Open table without permission from them but see attached because they have managed to do so.
