Project Description:
To conduct an Internet based research on the mobile payment technologies and synthesise findings in powerpoint slides (I will provide the template).
The technologies of interest are:
1. NFC (P2P)
2. Bluetooth (v1/2/3 and/or Bluetooth Low Energy)
3. Biometrics
4. Location based
5. Carrier Billing
The aspects of interest for each of the above technologies are:
a. availability of standards,
b. current trials/deployments,
c. security/risks levels,
d. usability,
e. availability,
f. success factors to be a mobile payment technology
