Project Description:
I have a small budget But I need someone to replicate an employment application using the images of the application provided and replicating on the wordpress plugin ( Contact Form 7 ) I need this to be done in two days. It is very simple stuff Should not take longer then 2 - 3 Hours, I am willing to pay 9 Bucks an Hour to do this. I will provide Username and Password to the admin. You would need to know how to do this.
Also I currently started laying it out in Tables but I want it done right in CSS so that the fields are next to each other.
There is also a Second Form on the site that needs to be built, This one is simpler and it is for the contact us page, It needs to use the same CSS created from the employment application and it needs to say
Name, Last name
Company Name: ( Not Required )

Services Needed ( Drop down ) * See services page for the items in this drop down

( On both forms please CSS the submit form in Red and White Font )
