We need to convert a PSD file into a WordPress theme. Theme must be widgets ready and fully XHTML/CSS compliant. IE6+, FF, Safari, Opera compatible. We have 1 PSD available which was used for the main site; minor modifications might be needed to adapt to Wordpress theme if you deem necessary.
The main site (static) is completed. Wordpress will be used for the Blog portion only, thus theme must have the menu as in the main site. Also, RSS feed in Blog/theme must be visible and accessible at all times.
Credit link in the bottom must read "Theme Design and Hosting by OurCompany.com".

Funds will be put in Escrow and released only after ALL files have been received and tested to be working properly.
Please produce the final product in 3 days or less.
