We are looking to allow/block access to certain areas of our site based on a login system. We are also looking to have a programmed Image located at the top right of our homepage that will allow for this login/register process to take place. The image should look like the attached image.
There will be 2 options:
• Login with username and password
• To register with us for access to the sites contents
Login with username and password
For those who do now have access to the site there are only a few pages that we want the potential customer to have access to. They are as follows:
• Partners featured tab
• Programs featured tab
• Campaigns featured tab
• Tools featured tab
• Partner Signup Page link in Homepage Footer
• Contact Us link in Homepage Footer
• External link in Homepage Footer
We want all of the content and sub content in the “Home Right” and all content and sub content in the “Main Menu” to be accessible only through login. Clicking any of this content without being registered will send them automatically to the page being setup for the 2nd option of “To register with us for access to the sites content” as described above.
To register with us for access to the sites content
This is where we will provide the customer the option to register with the site. Once this landing page is reached either from the link in the programmed image in the header or from the link in the footer they will have 2 options. The page will be split and they may either click the option for existing customers that with to sign up for the partner subdomain or for other interested parties.
For the existing customers, it will immediately go to a register page that will allow them to fill out their credentials and personal information and reiterate the benefits of the site. Once this information is sent, it will send us an email and them to a landing page stating that we will be in contact with them shortly.
For the other interested parties, it will first go to a page explaining the platform with a series of linking that take into account the different aspects into further detail. From there, there will be a link that will take them to the same register page as described above. Once this page is reached, they too will be able to fill out their credentials and personal information and have the benefits of the site reiterated to them. And as before, once this information is sent, it will send us an email and them to a landing page stating that we will be in contact with them shortly.
Below are the pages that need the modification in addition to the creation of the login image itself:
• Landing page with options for existing customers or interested parties
• Landing page describing benefits with links
• Register for site with proper register/contact form
