Project Description:
My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.
In wordpress 3.4 in the comment dashboard you have a button that allows to change the direction of the text of the comment (left to right or right to left). This is a very useful button.

What do I want?
I want the same button to be in the fronted of the comment form. This is to allow commenter in English to make their comment left to right. Currently all comments are right to left, and the commenter cannot change it.

The freelancer should send me the plugin as a zip file that I will install on a test site, and when successful on a live site.
Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
