My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver II Pro 1.3.2
My test site is avelim.org.il
I have the the plugin SEO Smart Links currently installed

SEO Smart links allows you to set up your own keywords and set of matching URLs.
I can't make the plugin to work. It might be because my site is in Hebrew. I am not sure.
I need the plugin to work on miste as detailed on http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/seo-automatic-links/
Freelancer should send me an amended version of the plugin.
Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should send me a zip file of the plugin to install.
Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
