I'm an individual blogger looking for a Thesis developer to turn my Photoshop design into a Thesis/WordPress site. I already own Thesis 1.7 and have the testing site set up on a subdomain of my current site. A .png of my Photoshop design is here: [login to view URL] Pretty simple, as you can see. I can tweak text styles and a few other things with CSS, so I'm not worried about that, but everything else is beyond my web skills.
