Wordpress Expert Needed

Hi Bidders.

I am after a customised wordpress theme with an admin section where settings can be adjusted. This theme can draw inspiration from the themes listed below, but needs to be developed from scratch so it is 100% original.

Here's what I need:

1. A modern web 2.0 type theme. Some good examples of what I am after are: http://www.carlocab.com/ & http://entrepreneurs-journey.com/

2. It is important that the theme is visually appealing like the examples above. The design, look and feel of the finished theme is paramount to the success of this project.

3. The theme should be compatible with the latest version of Wordpress Version 3.4.2.

4. In the admin page for the theme you should be able to set the following:

5. The widgets section should allow widgets to be added to the right sidebar, the left sidebar, the bottom like at http://www.carlocab.com/ or the top below the header image and top-level menu like at http://www.carlocab.com/.

6. The theme should have the ability to feature posts. If more than one post is featured, it should create page numbers to the other featured posts like at http://www.carlocab.com/.

7. The theme should have an encrypted footer with links inserted. “Powered by ZineTheme

8. When the theme is installed on the Themes page, there should be a link to “ZineTheme - Magazine Theme v1.0”

9. The theme should have a User Registration page where the user needs to enter their email address and first name to activate/register the theme. This will integrate with an Imnica email list. I will give you details of the list.

10. The theme should be cross-browser compatible with all the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE.

11. The theme should have a fully responsive design and the design should scale to fit on all browser widths/resolutions and on all mobile devices.

12. I may have other slight tweaks during the design.

13. I will own the full rights to the theme upon completion.
