Hi I have a small wordpress site under 20 pages which I would like to transfer over to a new owner on their own server. i have all the database and cpanel details. The website will be transferes from hostgator to websitewelcome and the domain is registerd with 123-reg.co.uk which will need to be transfered to namecheap or godaddy.
I need the tranfer done asap

For some reason the default payment has gone to $30.
The project is very small and will not pay more then $10. I have transfered larger projects for $10 in the past
