Sliding Rotating Banner

Project Description:
Budget: max $75
Timeline: By morning April 18 EST
Sliding Rotating Banner (possibly in Flash??)

Same size as sample jpeg sample. Will provide PSD with layers.

Need it to work the same as the slider at bottom of this url:

Needs:
1 Auto Start
2 Sliding effect
3 rotating every 5 secs (adjustable via the xml)
4 forward and backward buttons
5 xml driven images, content and url link (adjustable via the xml)
6 need the button on each slide (linked to urls via xml)

NOTES: I am open to this being developed in something besides Flash, just need the ability to easily
post to a Joomla page on the same site as sample above (with just basic Joomla knowledge)

The sample is in VirtueMart, and is fairly limited on the flexiblity to expand,so
I would like to recreate this with the flexiblity noted above.
