Scope of Work
We are a small company looking to enter the VoIP space and are in need of a Asterisk expert to build, test and deploy a small scale Asterisk/Trixbox VoIP solution for us to launch ITSP services. We want to provide broadband telephony, calling card, ANI/Web/DID callback services, Virtual Numbers, voicemail and hosted PBX services. The basic feature set supported by the Asterisk/Trixbox solution.
We are currently using a hosted softswitch solution from an established provider but are not satisfied with the quality of services, technical support and the limited features/flexibility that it provides.

Selection of Hosted Asterisk Provider for startup ITSP
1. Research and recommend a dedicated or VPS Solution from a top tier hosted Asterisk provider based. We’re currently interested in LYLIX. NET.
2. Configure Asterisk solution and supporting/complementary software applications for startup ITSP services:
a. Trixbox 2.0
b. FreePBX
c. SugarCRM
d. A2Billing (
e. ANI, DID &Web Callback/Calling Card
f. DID Management
g. Voicemail
3. Training & Support
a. Provide familiarization training on the system
b. Ongoing contract for technical support and troubleshooting is also a possibility.
Once again, you must be able to provide clear, verifiable evidence of past work and experience. A minimum of 3 years experience working with Asterisk, VoIP and SIP protocol is a must.
