Project Description:
1) This project must be done in Object C not html5
2) I retain the rights to the code after payment
3) Payment is made 10 % on acceptance - 60 % When code is delivered 30 % after
code is verified - NO EXCEPTIONS - Don't even try and negotiate

There is a file physics.xml it resides on http://www.rcpts.com/physics/physics.xml
5) Currently that file accessed by the program attached
I need the file physics.xml to be located on the /Documents directory on the iphone/ipad
program checks to see if the time and date stamp on http://www.rcpts.com/physics/physics.xml
and the one in the /Documents is the same - if so do nothing
if the time and date stamp on the server is newer than the local file - download and
replace the local file with the server file
The program ALWAYS needs to use the local file /Documents/physics.xml
to populate the Tree
