Fast Growing Start-up IT/Telecom company with multiple established clients in Orlando is looking for remote technician.
We currently support multiple small to medium call centers running on the Asterisk platform.
Required proficiency and familiarity with the following:
-Read/Write & Understand sip.conf, extensions.conf, etc.
-Understand how it works - mysql & special .conf files
-T1 Alarms, Framing, Signalling, etc.
-Ulaw, Read a trace, understand a 503, 488, 404 etc.
-Basic queries, delete/add records
-Flash Operator Panel
opserver.cfg & opstyle.cfg
Knowing the following is a plus (if you don't, you'll need to learn them)
-Edgewater Edgemarc Devices
-Aastra XML (basic)
Looking for an experienced tech AND one that would be prepared to do plenty of independent learning (non-billable)
This is often a high stress environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and outside of normal business hours.
You'll need to be able to "triage" effectively
Customer service skills are a requirement.
Must be good communicator, detailed-orientated, dependable, flexible, and have the ability to get the job done under all circumstances.
