We have a OpenErp Customization and Module Development Project.
The requirements are grouped in 4 categories.
The first 2 categories are provided below(Phase 1). We are looking for a freelancer who would successfully deliver to the functional requirements described below.
There will be a follow up project(Phase 2).
We would like to find an experienced person in OpenErp and would want to have the required modules and functionality compatible with the upcoming release 7.0 of the OpenErp.
1. DM(Document Management) + Document Control System
-Document Pools ()
-Documents should be referenced against related CRM records/objects
-Document versioning / Audit track / Notification subscription
-Maintaining all versions of the document in the history
-Tracking people who accessed/released/distributed(email) the document
-Possibility to be notified whenever a new version is released(should work on all levels: Company/ Person’s Contact / Specific Document)
-Comparison of different versions highlighting differences()
-Creating documents from corporate templates
-Workflows/Document lifecycles/approval processes
-Bulk/batch file check-in, send by email, issue, publish, share, download ....
-Searchable content for common file types (word, email, maybe pdf in case OCR is included and others)
-Issuing of documents(distribution) with automatically generated issue sheet (to conform with requirements).
2. Email Management
-Sending Email directly from the system (incl. with attached documents from the system), automatically referencing of the email to the current project/contact and so on.
-Outlook plug-in/add-on to capture emails and/or to easily refer an email to a project
-Automatical recognition of duplicate emails.
-Stripping down the attachments from emails and saving them separately.
