Extract css xhtml from Magento Default Theme

i have a [login to view URL] with many static contents and php/mysql scripts and a magento site at [login to view URL] with the default theme [login to view URL] As i do not want to use cms pages i need he same magento default theme in the [login to view URL] content. Project: Turning 4 magento pages to css html pages: home page about us customer services privacy policy - remove COMPARE PRODUCT and MY CART block - add a form with 2 fields : name, email in the right column (use the newsletter form and add a second field) Add an update process for the category menu (automatic update with magento store).
