SOAP Client Help

I am writing a vb.net app that needs to send SOAP envelops to an ACE XML Gateway web service, and retrieve a response. I can do this in a tool called SOAP UI, but I can't get it to work in vb.net. I can only access the API from my IP address, so you wont be able to test, you'll have to send me the code then I will test. I just need some advice from someone who has lots of experience in sending and receiving SOAP envelops to web services in VB.net I just need to be able to send a SOAP envelope and receive a response envelope I have read these online articles but they have not worked.
