We have begun using some new order management software which can be found here:

In the different 'Views' you can display different order fields such as customer name, item ordered, value of order etc.
There is the option in the software to create a custom View, and you can add custom fields to customer orders. These can be easily written out as a macro in the software.
E.g. if the grand total of the customer's order is 10.00 including tax which displays in the 'Grand total' field, then I could create a new field called 'tax calculator' and in it insert the macro:
[%Grand total%] [*] 0.20
this would give me the value in the field as 2.00 which is the amount of tax (at 20%) in the order
I have been told that the style of scripting is VBA although I think you may also be able to use XML instead (there is a mention of this in the helpfile) - I am unsure of this.
I have spent some time trying to familiarise myself with the software and macros to be able to write my own, more complicated macros, and have contacted the software developer for help but it is taking me too long so really I need a freelancer to help learn the macro part of this software to write so more advanced macros for me and then explain what I was doing wrong :-)
For example I would like a macro which will decide which postage service to display, based on the price of the item. It will then output this delivery service name instead of the delivery service that the customer selected, if it is a better service.
I have so far worked out how to base a delivery service on the value of the item but have not completed the macro:
I need a freelancer to spend time understanding the software, understanding the macro coding, and be able to create new macros for me for the software depending on my requirements. I would expect there to be 7+ Hours work required. Please bid based on your hourly rate.
