Permanent hourly position (photoshop, html, css, etc...)

Project Description:
I am in need of a permanent HOURLY employee with the following qualities:
-communicates well in English
-work an average of 20-40 hours per week
-can dedicate more time when needed
-skilled in fireworks, photoshop, html, css
-familiar with javascript
-familiar with vb.net/asp.net

Those are the most important qualities, but many of the jobs will just be odds and ends so expect to do a variety of things. Include hourly rate in your bid to be considered.
