We are looking for someone who can code PSDs into HTML, CSS, XML and Wordpress. The work done has to be of a high level and quality must be kept in every project. Each design will require converting from a PSD design into either Wordpress or HTML5. Requirements for each project would be:
- W3C Valid XHTML
- Tableless CSS3
- SEO Sematic Coding
- Latest browser compatibility including IE7+, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Mozilla, Safari
- Special attention to page load optimization
- Roation banners
- Contact forms etc
- Drop down menus...
- CSS Sprite might be required for images for faster loading
- In certain cases will need to be responsive too
- If for Wordpress will have to be done with fluent use of back end CMS
- CSS Markup for better understanding
Each coding project must be submitted with an explanation and description of all coding done, explaining why it was done (benefits), how (how it works in the overall scheme) and what would need to be done should changes be required (ie change pictures, text, headings etc.).
For each project we will give you a file containing the PSD design and the requirements needed. We expect to be informed of progress daily and turnaround should be between 5-12 days for a full site (usually 5-8 pages).
We have had the unfortunate experience of working with people who take our money then run away without ever giving back any work. It is therefore a policy, and not a negotiable one, that work must be done for payment to be issued. We will pay promptly upon seeing the work and seeing that it was done correctly (correct coding, all working, cleanly done, with documentation done). We have in-house developers who will double check the work and once they approve we will pay. We have no issues with working with on an escro style or a signed agreement. We are serious in the way we do business, we expect the same from those that we work with.
We will pay as follows (this will include any extra work such as jquery banners, drop down menus, forms etc as described above in the requirement description):
For HTML5 coding $35 - Homepage design, $25 each inner page
For Wordpress coding $50 - Homepage design, $35 each inner page
We look forward to receiving replies from suitable people. Kindly send previous work examples as this will better enable us to chose the right people. The first project is ready to go, but several other designs are in the pipeline so this is an opportunity for a long term working relationship.
