Payday Loan Ping Tree

I am looking for someone to develop an XML ping tree for use with a UK payday loans website and eventually for use within a call centre. It will need to collect application information from a web form and submit it to multiple lenders one after another. Each time collecting a response in real time and moving on to the next lender in the list if the previous one is unsuccessful. I would ideally like someone who has direct experience of the payday loan market and if possible to see an example of work.
