The skills section is very limited. Required:
Web uploader, advanced. Adobe Air to web app.
We currently have upload, with mulitfile select, but current web technology(will come in the next years) doesn't allow more advanced upload, like uploading from folders and subfolders and filtering files.
Workflow. User select "CD/Folder upload", the air app is installed and he/she selects the CD or folder to upload from. All files with extension .dcm should be selected and sent to web server.

If you believe there is a better way, please share.
Our users most often use IE8 and 9, with windows. But it should work with Mac and all the big browser as well.
Our web server is Ruby on Rails, but that shouldn't matter.
