Project Description:

English writer sought to write documentation and user interface texts for a human resource appraisal system, also known as 360 degree feedback, performance evaluation, etc.

- Definitions (definitions of ca. 15 core items of the system)
- Howto's (howto's, detailed description of around 15 use cases)
- User interface/user interaction texts on the site: Buttons, mouse over help texts, instructions etc. (15-20 pages, 2-3 actions on each page)
- Standard emails to be send by the system (around 5)

The key selling point of the site is that is a professional tool that is very "mac-like" simple in its use. Professional, simple and informal at the same time. The texts should of course reflect this.
It is important that the text uses the right terminology/field jargon, so experience with the field is preferred. It's a bonus if you can give feedback on the sites design and usability as well, but not required.

To every text there will be an english written outline with the key points to communicate. Initially a short introduction to the system is of course needed, 1h skype session should pave the way.

The contract includes just the definitions to start with. If we are happy with the result we can continue with the remaining items.
