One Page Graphics Needed For HTML Sales Page

Project Description:
We already have the copy done and want to someone to create a graphically rich page/border around our copy. For a sample of text layout goto http://www.eventbrite.com/preview?eid=454643852We will have a squeeze page look with sports graphics and college looking images. The page is selling our DIY (do it your self recruiting)services.
We want our our logo with the DIY stamped over it on an angle. This is not a complex job the first qualified bidder with examples of work will get this job for fast turnaround.
Again this is a one page html hosted on our server at www.athleticscholarshipcorp.com/diy
We will supply copy, and html code to audio files, video and merchant checkout. We also want to capture email addresses on the page which icontact will store the email addresses. We will provide that code also to place in page. We want to make sure that the end user who places their email address in the system doesn't leave the page after entering info.
